Often our Telephone
Consult Service is the most expedient way to handle a diversity of
problems and situations. If you have a situation that does not warrant
one of our full service options, our Telephone Consult Service fits the bill for you.
There are many times we face
a decision where we wish we had expert advice. Perhaps a legal matter
or taxes may be the problem. We feel we are taking the right approach,
but that little nagging voice in the back of our mind keeps saying, “It
sure would be comforting if I could just run this by an attorney (or tax
expert or CPA, or Registered Investment Advisor, etc.) before I take this
action, but I just can’t see going in for a full fledged appointment over
this.” That is exactly what our Telephone Consult Service is all
about:
John Masters CPA can field these types of inquires, saving you both time and money, filling
the gap that exists in the normal client services provided by most similar
organizations. All to often one goes forward into a retirement plan option,
a business deal or a minor legal action with bad results, when, in hindsight,
the guiding hand of an expert could have made a big difference. If you
are already a client, just call in. Your account is already established.
All we need to do is schedule a time to talk with you. If we can handle
your inquiry on the spot, we will. If your question requires research,
we will call you back or e-mail you the results. If you are a new client,
just call the office to give us the information we need to open your file
and credit card information for billing purposes. Then we can handle your
questions by telephone or e-mail if you wish, without you having to drive
to our office every time you need something.
